Speaking Engagements
I love educating people about the Change Triangle® tool for emotional health because it helps people feel better.
In a talk ranging from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on your needs, your participants will come away with a new understanding of themselves and be able to immediately apply what they have learned. People who learn to apply the Change Triangle feel better in a multitude of ways. Some of the immediate benefits of learning how to work the Change Triangle include but are not limited to:
-
Lowered anxiety
-
Much less fear about emotions
-
Effective and safe ways to deal with anger and other feelings.
-
A path to becoming less depressed, guilty, and disconnected.
-
A path to feeling more vital and authentic.
-
A new understanding of the behaviors that do not serve you.
-
A greater understanding of others and why they do the things they do.
-
And much more!
I have an informal, relaxed, and interactive style.
Please fill out the form below or email me at hilary@hilaryjacobshendel.com to begin a discussion on how I might put together a presentation that suits the needs of your group or organization.
